Control Valves and Manifold Replacement
a Removal.
(1)
Remove three screws (1). Remove valve
(2) from manifold (3).

Remove five O-rings (4) from valve (2) or
manifold (3). Discard O-rings.

Repeat steps (1) and (2) for remaining
valves.
(4)
Disconnect crawler air hose (5) from tee
(6).

Disconnect impact valve air hose (7) from
tee (6).

Remove tee (6) and nipple (8) from
manifold (3).

Tag and disconnect five hoses (9).
